Simpatični automobil koji vozi Mr. Bean, poznatiji pod imenom Mini Moris, slavi 50. rođendan. Prvi primjerak proizvden je 8. maja, 1959. u gradu Cowleyu u Velikoj Britaniji. Upravo je taj primjerak završio u muzeju, a ovoga će ljeta biti izložen na nekoliko manifestacija.
Iako je bio mali i pomalo neugledan, Britanci su ga uvijek voljeli, a neki novinari koji se bave automobilima na sva usta hvalili.
Dok ga je Mr. Bean vozio samo u seriji, neke zvijezde vozile su ga u stvarnom život. Među njima su Jeffrey Archer, Peter Selles, George Harrison pa čak i Madonna koja je "svog minija" i opjevala u pjesmi "American Life".
Lansiranjem Mini Morisa Britanci su Amerikancima pokazali da su upravo mali automobili idealni za gradsku vožnju nasuprot "divovima" koji su kružili američkim cestama.
